For Women’s History Month, I decided to interview four women I admire. Sofia Naseem is one of them.

Sofia is a teacher and a student of life. She completed her 500 RYT for yoga in India and after traveling to many countries, she has dreams of creating a school system rooted in yoga, creative arts, nature, and social emotional education.
